How It Works—From that initial 'hello' to 'we did it'!

Meet & Match

We kick things off with a free discovery call to get to know you, your vision, and what you’re planning. From “I have no idea where to start” to “I just need a closer,” we’ll help you pick the perfect package.

Plan & Prep

Once you book your package, we’ll send a contract and secure your date with a deposit. From there, we create a custom planning roadmap and begin checking off that to-do list together.

Design & Refine

We develop your event look: mood boards, layouts, colour palettes, and design elements. You’ll have final say on every aesthetic detail; we just make it pretty (and practical).

Show Up & Shine

On event day, we’re your behind-the-scenes crew. We manage every moving piece, keep vendors on schedule, and solve issues before you even notice them. All you have to do is show up and soak it in.
